"Client" refers to any user seeking eligibility reviews or active strategic consultation. "Results" means final decisions on permanent residency applications issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

2. Legitimate Use

You agree to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information on our platforms. Providing fraudulent, falsified, or inaccurate documents is a serious violation and will result in the immediate termination of our services.

3. Scope of Services

Our digital platforms provide eligibility assessments. They do not constitute formal legal contracts. Retaining our registered CICC immigration practitioners requires signing a formal Retainer Agreement that outlines exact fees, timelines, and program details.

4. No Guarantees on Outcomes

While NovaRelo maintains high success rates, final immigration decisions are determined solely by IRCC officers. NovaRelo does not guarantee application approval or specific processing times.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, layout designs, and text on this platform are the property of NovaRelo Consulting Inc. Unauthorized replication or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

NovaRelo is not liable for any delays, application rejections, or losses resulting from IRCC policy updates, changing federal quotas, or client delays in providing requested documents.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal actions must be brought within the courts of Vancouver, BC.
